The
latest Coolstream LSTF low temperature machinery range with
Reliant's "Gentle Touch" fusing approach takes
pioneering development in fusing technology into the next
millennium.
Reliant's "Gentle Touch" fusing achieves dramatically
reduced shrinkage and distortion levels on a wide range
of fabrics and fusibles, from tailored outerwear fabrics,
micro fibres and lycra mixes to those with low surface tension
such as fluorocarbon and silicone coated fabrics. The increasing
use in the industry of these new technology fabrics, and
the demand for improved fabric handle in finished garments,
now and into the future, has led to the development of this
latest generation of machines.
Recent and ongoing changes concerning emissions from dry
cleaning technology, as well as increased pressure from
manufacturers for machines with a high level of flexibility
of performance capability have also been taken into consideration
by the Reliant design team.
The latest Coolstream LSTF range of 140 cm and 180 cm width
conveyor presses, based on Reliant's "Gentle Touch"
fusing approach, combines the fusing process with new fabric
care systems to achieve a quality of fabric handle coupled
with superb quality fusing results and a level of productivity
and reliability, that markedly surpasses that of conventional
conveyor machines.
The
COOLSTREAM Synchro-Trak range with its extended 1900mm long
heat tunnel is the latest in fusing machine technology,
setting new standards of low temperature fusing, quality,
flexibility and operational advantages in medium to high
volume production situations.

Synchro-Trak machines are available in 140cm and 180cm conveyor
widths and have been designed specifically to meet the challenging
